Cherry sorting line

The line is composed of:

  • hopper for washing (equipped with water bubbling system)

  • inclined conveyor

  • washing system (sprinklers)

  • conveyor for the first stage of sorting

  • vibrating screen to remove debris (leaves, tails, etc.)

  • conveyor for optical inspection and sorting

All conveyor structures are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

The belts used are of the modular type, provided with spaces to facilitate the drying of the products.
