Timing belt pulleys can be made of steel, cast iron or aluminium, with or without side flanges, depending on the number of teeth.

Clamping with conical bushing is the easiest way to fasten the wheel or pinion to the shaft. They are made of cast iron, for spindle diameters from 9 to 125 mm and have channel up DIN6885.

Flexible bushes
They have the role of fixing the belt / chain wheels on the shaft by changing the diameter of the two subassemblies after tightening the screws. In this way, a pressure is created that ensures the transmission of movement from the axle to the driven wheel. They can be made of C45 steel or stainless steel.
